Hornberg Dry Fly
This Hornberg Dry Fly was created by Frank Hornberg. He was the first game warden assigned to Portage county Wisconsin and served there until his retirement in 1950. Frank Hornberg initially designed the Hornberg Special as a dry fly. A classic pattern that can be used in a dead drift or cast up stream beyond the fish.
All flies are tied with American sourced materials including Hareline Dubbin Materials and Whiting Farm's Hackles & Capes and are tied on premium hooks.
This pattern is produced and supplied by Samaki Flies
